Family Care Certified Services of Brooklyn and Queens is a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA). As a Certified Home Health Agency, Family Care Certified Services is regulated by the New York State Health Department to provide part time, intermittent health care and support services to individuals who have a skilled health care need. Family Care Certified Services extends the benefits of in home recovery to patients of any age who requires medical services normally associated with hospitalization. Care is rendered under the direction of the patient's physician.
