Family Care Certified Services of Brooklyn and Queens is a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA).  Family Care is a for profit agency that is Joint Commission certified.  Family Care was established in Nassau County in 1987, opened in Brooklyn in 1988 and Queens in 2007.  Family Care provides skilled care to patients residing in Brooklyn and Queens. 

Family Care Certified Services provides care to patients of any age residing in the community who are acutely or chronically ill and in need of skilled services that need not be provided in the hospital.  Care is rendered under the direction of the patient's primary physician.

Family Care's goals are to keep seniors and their families home and avoid hospitalization.  Family Care's mission is to provide home care services that are quality managed, cost effective and culturally sensitive.
