When doctors refer patients for home health care, patients have the right to choose the agency they wish to provide service. To ensure that our patients receive the strong physical and emotional benefits of professional health care in a home environment. We work closely with physicians, discharge planners, geriatric care managers and related professionals. Together, we resolve issues such as financial and insurance concerns, language barriers and complex medical needs. Family Care Certified Services accepts reimbursement from Medicare and Medicaid, as well as from private insurance plans.
