The Community Outreach Department has participated in many area health fairs including the Annual Mayoral Conference on Alzheimer’s Disease, Seniors in Shape Fitness for Life, Health, Fitness and Wellness Expo, Victory Memorial Hospital’s Health Fairs as well as local church’s health fairs.

 

Family Care Certified Services is an active participant in many area organizations servicing the residents of Brooklyn and Queens. We are members of the Brooklyn and Queens Chambers of Commerce and a founding member of the Senior Umbrella Network of Brooklyn. 

 

Our employees have donated school supplies to the Volunteers of America’s Operation Backpack and walked in the American Cancer Society’s Breast Cancer Walk. We welcome invitations to participate in any community initiatives. Contact the Community Outreach Department at 718-745-7508 x 247.
