Opening of Queens Branch

Announcing the opening of our new Queen’s branch office!

Our new state of the art Queen’s branch is situated in the heart of Kew Gardens, Queens. The new branch office is easily accessible by public transportation.

We offer services throughout the entire borough of Queens. With a dedicated staff of Visiting Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Speech Therapists, Nutritionists and Home Health Aides for assistance with personal care. We help patients comfortably and safely make the transition back to independence after an illness or hospitalization.

We collaborate with the referring physicians to ensure that each of our patients not only improves but is stabilized and maintained in the community for as long as possible.
